RSI Seed Funding Grants

The RSI offers Seed Funding Grants for excellent collaborative research projects in all areas of Economics. To initiate new research projects and foster scientific exchange, the RSI invites applications for RSI Seed Funding Grants of up to 5.000 € per project. The grants are available for promising disciplinary as well as interdisciplinary research projects. Projects laying the grounds for later third-party funding are particularly welcome.

Eligibility and requirements

Research projects targeted at generating external funding will be given priority. Applicants must outline the expected status of the project in one year and specify how the seed funding by the RSI may contribute to this.
