The workshop will focus on the causes and effects of heterogeneity among workers, households, or firms on macroeconomic outcomes. ECONtribute lädt zusammen mit dem Institut für Wirtschaftspolitik zur Vorstellung des Jahresgutachtens 2019/20 des Sachverständigenrates zur Begutachtung der gesamtwirtschaftlichen Entwicklung ein. Der Sachverständigenrat ist das bekannteste Gremium der ökonomischen Politikberatung in Deutschland. In den Jahresgutachten analysieren die Ratsmitglieder die zentralen wirtschaftspolitischen Themen aus ökonomischer Sicht und leiten daraus wirtschaftspolitische Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
